The stars are actually just an image. I didn’t do them by hand although I do know how to. The glow and blur took up most of my time. Plus my mac was shitting itself when I started to smudge the blur which is understandable. I’m positive there are better ways to achieve the same effects as I got but PS is deff. not my strong suit.
